OGH Visitation Policy:
POLICY:
Ochiltree General Hospital will allow patients admitted into OGH to receive visitors (7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.) with the following exceptions:

Any individual with symptoms will be prohibited from visiting.

Visitors must complete a health screening upon entry to the hospital.

Visitors under the age of 12 are permitted to visit the facility unless otherwise posted at nurse’s station.

Visitors assume the liability of entering the facility where COVID-19 and other communicable diseases are prevalent at this time.

Those visiting COVID positive patients must wear full PPE at all times while visiting the patient.

Anyone that refuses to submit to or meet the requirements of a health screening or wear required PPE that meets hospital requirements may be denied entry or removed from the facility.

Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.

Providers reserve the right to limit visitation based upon patient status.
Ochiltree General Hospital may revisit this policy at any time due to prevalence of COVID in the community or in our facility, staffing levels, and PPE supplies. As we will remain diligent in the care, transmission and prevention of COVID-19.
