The Seasons is an active adult assisted-living facility offering 24-7 care for you or a loved one who may need just a bit more assistance with the activities of daily life. Offering amenities such as meal plans, housekeeping, planned activities and medication management, the Seasons includes 26 spacious one-bedroom and six studio apartments. A caring, friendly staff ensure our residents enjoy assisted living at its finest.

Ombudsman Information: A long-term care ombudsman helps residents of a nursing facility and residents of an assisted living facility resolve complaints. Help provided by an ombudsman is confidential and free of charge. To speak with an ombudsman, a person may call the toll-free number 1-800-252-2412.

For your convenience and enjoyment we have a gift shop, library, on-site mailbox delivery, beautiful shared common areas as well as guest rooms available to family and friends which can be arranged through the front desk.
Needing a little help after leaving Ochiltree General Hospital? The Seasons Assisted Living also offers a respite room available on a daily basis until you feel comfortable returning home.
