Ochiltree General Hospital Welcomes New Administrative Leaders
March 5, 2021 – Ochiltree General Hospital welcomes Kelly Judice, RN, CNO, RHCEOC, as Chief Operating Officer of Ochiltree County Hospital District. Judice, who has been a fixture at Ochiltree General for many years, has served in a number of roles including as a Registered Nurse, Assistant Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Nursing Officer with the organization.
Ochiltree General’s Chief Executive Officer Leroy Schaffner is responsible for all aspects of the operations of the Hospital District while Chief Operating Officer Judice will now guide and direct management involving development and promotion of both new and existing hospital services.
“Having served in the hospital industry for the majority of my career, I can honestly say that working in rural healthcare in a community like Perryton is a privilege,” says Schaffner. “I am excited to work with Kelly to ensure that your local hospital continues to thrive and care for a community with a personal touch like we have for over 50 years.”
Schaffner will be working closely with Judice to ensure that our local community benefits from expanded hospital facilities and services.

Ochiltree General is also excited to welcome Debbie Beck, SHRM-SCP, into her new role as Chief Financial Officer. Beck took on her new role in December 2020 and will continue to serve as Director of Human Resources for the organization as well.
