March 24, 2021 – Ochiltree General Hospital will host its second-dose COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic to be held via pre-scheduled appointment at the Ochiltree County Expo Center located at 402 Expo Drive in Perryton.
The COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic will be open to anyone who received their first vaccine at the previous COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic hosted by Ochiltree General.
Patients are asked to contact OGH Employee Health Nurse Judy Valenzuela, LVN, at 806-648-7125 or OGH Quality Improvement Director Ashley Boyd, LVN, at 806-648-7932 in order to schedule their appointment.
Patients will need to bring the COVID-19 vaccination card they received at the first vaccination clinic in order to receive their second dose. Masks will be required for anyone attending the event to enter the Expo Center. Dates and times for the events are as follows:
· Thursday, April 8 | Open from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
· Friday, April 9 | Open from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
· Saturday, April 10 | Open from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
· Monday, April 12 | Open from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
A total of 1,166 doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine were given during the first COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic.
