Home Health:

OGH Home Health provides quality home health care to the homebound patient who has a skilled need.  We provide caring and compassionate nursing service, physical therapy, speech therapy, social services, and aide services in accordance with the orders of the patient’s personal physician.

As a department of Ochiltree General Hospital, we offer continuity of care from the hospital to the home from a group of well-trained professionals. Your plan of care will be designed to fit your specific needs. We will teach you and your family skills to help with your care.  Most of our professionals are hometown people. So, we truly are neighbors caring for neighbors.

Hospice:

When medical science can no longer add more days to life, the mission of OGH Hospice is to add more life to every day.  We are a group of professionals and volunteers dedicated to a special way of caring for the terminally ill patient and their families. We bring dignity, compassion and caring to the last days by providing the assistance of nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers.

OGH Hospice focuses on the quality of life by caring for the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of the person facing a terminal illness.   Skilled nursing and other therapeutic services are provided in accordance with the orders of the patient’s personal physician.
