Dr. Rex L. Mann was born in Sidney, Nebraska. He graduated from high school in Hobbs, New Mexico, then attended Baylor University and Texas Tech Medical School.
Dr. Mann specializes in family practice, including pediatrics and obstetrics. He came to Perryton from Lubbock in 1985 to begin his practice.
Dr. Mann is married and has three children.
